Argentina "Empanaditas" - great appetizers or a tasty treat!

A blast from my past!! I grew up with these tasty treats in Argentina. Now!!! Many countries have or claim to have Empanadas but I have yet to taste ones as good as the ones from northern Argentina (this is strictly my opinion... and families opinion!).

Fillings are varied in flavor, traditional fillings are:

• Beef / onions / raisins / hard boiled eggs
• Chicken / potatoes / green peas
• Cheese / corn

Empanadas have many uses. Use them for social events, as finger foods, for a cocktail hour, as a snack or make it your meal. These hearty pockets are sure to make a lasting impression on you and your family, friends and co-workers!
